			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Watch for updates throughout the year, as we celebrate Heights Community Congress&#8217; 40th Anniversary.  Its hard to believe it, but in 1972 HCC was established in Cleveland Heights, Ohio to address housing discrimination that was taking place in the greater community.  Since that time, HCC has worked to enforce the local, state and federal Fair Housing Laws, while also working on a grass-roots level to engage community members and work towards creating and sustaing welcoming and inclusive communities.</p>
